Retail\u00a0 Simpli offers a 14 days Return Policy for all customers. You can request a return for most items within 14 days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent back to our Manitoba Warehouse.<\/h4>\n

How to Cancel an Order:<\/p>\n

We are happy to accept cancellations while orders are in processing. Once the order is packed or\/and shipped it cannot be cancelled. *The 14 Days Return Policy still applies after delivery.<\/p>\n

**Orders MUST be cancelled through your account using the Cancellation Form.<\/p>\n

*Requests through email or other forms of communication are not valid.<\/p>\n

About our 14 Days Return Policy:<\/p>\n

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return the item back to us under our 14 Days Return Policy, you are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service to have the parcel returned to avoid any loss or dispute.<\/p>\n

If your item is defective or faulty on arrival due to the manufacturer\u2019s fault, Retail Simpli will arrange a courier pick up service for you to return the item back to us.<\/p>\n

To request a return, log into your account then please visit the page: \u201cRMA (Return Material Arrangement)\u201d, and submit the form.<\/p>\n

*The customer is fully responsible for the return of any item during transit. Retail Simpli will not be liable for any return shipments that have been lost or damaged during transit.<\/p>\n

All returns, should meet the below conditions:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The item was bought from Retail Simpli<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have received our authorization for your request.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The item is returned with the original packaging, in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price tags.)<\/p>\n

**Due to Health and Hygiene issues, personal and health care products (shavers, facial massagers etc.), headphones and earphones are excluded from our 14 days Return Policy.<\/p>\n

About Refund:<\/p>\n

Upon receiving your returned parcel, Retail Simpli will issue a refund within 14 business days.<\/p>\n

A refund will be credited to the payment method used to place your order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification email.<\/p>\n

A full refund or replacement can be issued, subject to below conditions:<\/p>\n

\u2013 The item is bought from Retail Simpli.<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have submitted the return request via RMA ticket.<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have received our authorization for your request.<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have returned your item with a copy of your receipt\/invoice.<\/p>\n

\u2013 You have returned your item with the original packaging and in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps)<\/p>\n

\u2013 The item is returned within 14 days after the request is authorized.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The return reason(s) is\/are due to Retail Simpli-related issues<\/p>\n

Further Notes on the Return Policy:<\/p>\n

\u2013 You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories and manufacturer\u2019s packaging when returning them, to ensure that they are in the original and undamaged condition.<\/p>\n

\u2013 We reserve the right to refuse a return and also deem an item to have been mishandled.<\/p>\n

\u2013 If a return is deemed unacceptable and refused, the customer must pay us the return shipping fees to have the product shipped back to them.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Unfortunately, as no insurance will be applied, we are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the merchandise during the return transit. If preferred, you could send the item back to our Manitoba Warehouse with insured postage at your own cost.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Due to the nature of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) we only offer returns if:<\/p>\n

Five or more dead\/bright pixels are visible in any position<\/p>\n

3 or more dead\/bright pixels are visible within 3mm of one another<\/p>\n

\u2013 If your parcel is missing an item or accessories, we will resend you the missing item(s) after investigating with the courier.<\/p>\n
